Planning your trip to Arlington for the 2027 HBCU Majorette Reunion?

The HBCU Majorette Reunion will take place January 9–10, 2027, in Arlington, Texas. Below you’ll find venue and accommodation information to help you plan your weekend.

WHERE TO STAY

Hilton Arlington

We recommend staying at Hilton Arlington, where Saturday’s Practice Day will take place. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from the Performance Day venue, Theatre Arlington.

There will not be an official HBCU Majorette Reunion hotel room block. Hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals not specifically included with registration are the responsibility of each guest.

Performance Day is the official HBCU Majorette Reunion performance event. General-admission guests ages 13 and older may purchase tickets to attend Sunday’s performance.

PARKING

Parking is available at both Hilton Arlington and Theatre Arlington. Any additional parking instructions will be provided in the event confirmation email.

EVENT TIMES & ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Specific event times, arrival instructions, attire requirements, and other important details for each day will be provided in confirmation emails sent to registered participants and general-admission ticket holders.

Registered participants will receive the complete participant schedule with their choreography email. General-admission guests will receive applicable arrival and event details in their confirmation email.
