Practice Day is a private event for registered participants, captains, coaches, staff, and authorized event personnel. Spectators and general-admission ticket holders will not be permitted to attend Saturday’s practice.

Performance Day is the official HBCU Majorette Reunion performance event. General-admission guests ages 13 and older may purchase tickets to attend Sunday’s performance.
Team and Group Registration
Teams/Groups of eight or more participating dancers may register for $105 per dancer during standard registration. During early-bird registration, groups may register at the lower $100-per-dancer early-bird rate.
For group inquiries, a representative must complete the team form. If your team is accepted as a group, you will receive an email within 48 hours with a code to provide your team with a discount.
Each qualifying team or group will also receive two complimentary general-admission tickets. Click on the button below to fill out the Group Rate Discount Form.
Important Information:
Registration Deadline: December 1, 2026, or until the selected captain’s team reaches capacity.
EARLY-BIRD PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION: $100 (opens Oct. 1st and Ends Oct. 15th)
STANDARD PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION: $120 (Ends Dec. 1st)
Eligibility: Ages 16 and up only
No refunds: Participant tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another eligible dancer.
