Get Ready
Be sure to stretch, hydrate, and show up ready to perform like it’s Game Day.
(And yes – we’ll go over everything again in person, but we want you to show up *ready.*)
What to Bring
You will be given a team shirt upon arrival. I also would love it if everyone on my team wore:
- Silver headband
- White gloves
- Navy blue leggings
- White sports bra/shirt

WHAT TO EXPECT THE DAY OF THE EVENT
Clear Bag Policy: Per venue policy, all attendees must enter with a clear bag. Please plan accordingly.
Parking: Parking is available in the on-site parking deck. The parking fee is $10.
Captain Session (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM): Be prepared to work with your captain during this session. This hour will be dedicated to:
- Asking questions about any material provided
- Reviewing choreography
- Being placed into formations
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive full instruction
Freshen-Up Items: If you know you will need to freshen up before the event starts, please bring any small personal items you may need.
Networking Event (1:30 PM): Networking with all coaches/sponsors will begin promptly at 1:30 PM. This is your opportunity to learn about each program and ask questions about any team you may be interested in. Lite refreshments will be served.
Doors Open for Start of Event (2:15 PM): Doors to the main event will open at 2:15 PM. Please be prepared and follow staff directions for check-in and seating.
No Outside Food or Drinks: Per venue rules, no outside food or beverages are permitted inside the facility.
Filming Consent: This will be a filmed event. By attending, you are giving consent to be photographed and recorded for promotional and media purposes.
